Meet the team
Let's start with the Leadership Team
Product Lead and Strategy
Zoe often refers to herself as a governance geek by which she means she is fascinated by how good governance operates; the interlinking of systems, processes, people and culture that all have to work seamlessly so that businesses can operate in a safe yet agile way in the interests of all stakeholders. Zoe believes that we need to rethink the approach to governance using the tools and techniques being applied to transform businesses, such as design thinking, process optimisation and automation and above all putting the “user” at the heart of everything.
Strategy & Business Development
Over recent years Jay has founded an obsession with exploring the boundaries of how technology can support organisations, in particular Secretariat & Governance functions. Jay believes that now is the time to rethink the role of the Company Secretary, and that there is a growing need to enable companies to confidently and proficiently transform their Corporate Governance functions. Jay feels there is an uncharted opportunity to automate and centralise the Secretariat and Governance functions.

Meet our Governance Specialists
Lisa is passionate about good governance. Lisa views governance as decision-making throughout an organisation; starting at the Board and flowing down to other decision making committees, individual teams, and infused within the wider culture of the firm. Lisa is recognised as a trusted advisor and pragmatic problem solver. Lisa has a hands-on approach to project delivery, with an emphasis on outcomes (not only process). Lisa partners with firms to work out the best governance solution for them, taking into account their culture and stage in the business lifecycle.
Good governance for Nicholas is about establishing and maintaining systems and processes which allow things to happen but at the same time contain checks and balances so that a company has assurance at any one time that everyone knows where they stand and what part they play in the running of the entity. Nicholas enjoys the challenge of working with people, some of whom might be enthusiastic about governance change, some who are hostile to anything new and others who observe what is going on with varying levels of interest and engagement.
Christopher has always been fascinated by the inner workings of “things”, what brought about their initial design, why does that work that way, how is it powered and controlled, how can design flaws be rectified. With this mindset and approach he has developed a way to work in a consensual but decisive manner with senior management teams to turn complexity into simplicity. Equally, Christopher has developed a keen eye for identifying cultural and structural issues which may be holding an organisation or person back from achieving their full potential, so he makes great efforts to build trusted working partnerships with his customers.
