We asked Leah how she works with her clients to ensure #FutureFitGovernance?
This was Leah's response...
I am a firm believer in ‘no one size fits all’ when it comes to Corporate Governance. It requires a keen eye for detail and a strong belief in ‘doing the right thing’ when it comes to governance issues, a pragmatic and a big picture thinker, bringing agility of both thought and practice to situations. Being a Chartered Company Secretary in both the UK and Australia, I have a breadth of experience in board environments and understanding the interconnectivity of systems, processes, risk and culture throughout an organisation and its ecosystem. I have a passion for building talent in governance teams, empowering members to act as trusted advisors, and striving to create a governance Centre of Excellence.
