Whether that is where and when decisions need to be taken, how risks are controlled and mitigated, how multiple legal entities in diverse jurisdictions are managed or how the business complies with its legal and regulatory requirements, frameworks have to be accessible, workable and aligned to the culture and values of an organisation.
We carry out insight interviews with all stakeholders to build an understanding of how your business operates and the culture, as well as identifying key pain points that need addressing. We create a set of design principles that capture the businesses approach to governance and these inform the framework build. We can deliver high level frameworks or delve into the detail including mapping information flows, building assurance models, creating documentation such as Terms of Reference, Handbooks and Policies. We do not provide generic frameworks. We work hand in hand with Secretariat teams and other stakeholders such as risk functions, to ensure what we build is practical and can work with you to ensure a smooth implementation.
